Are you using TCC's SmartHub app to manage your TCC account? It's a free app (and also a website) that you can use to view and pay your bill, read bill inserts such as the monthly newsletter, upgrade your services, and report service issues. It's secure, easy to use, and free! Go to your app store on your phone and search for "SmartHub" or open a web browser on your computer and go to the website: https://tcc.smarthub.coop. Register with your TCC Account Number (from your TCC bill) and you'll have instant access to current and past TCC bills, payment options, and tools for changing your services or reporting issues.
One main thing you can do is change how you receive notifications from SmartHub. By default, you will get an email when SmartHub needs to notify you when a bill is available, a payment has been made, and many other notifications. If you prefer to get a text message instead of an email or an email to a different address, you can now make those choices through SmartHub.

Changing Your Notifications in SmartHub
Via SmartHub website:
Log in to the SmartHub website (https://tcc.smarthub.coop)
- Go to Notifications
- Choose Manage Contacts or Manage Notifications
- Add your contact info
- Make selections for each type of notice!
Via SmartHub app:
Open the App
Tap Settings
Tap Manage Notifications
Tap on category (one at a time) that you would like to change
(e.g. billing, miscellaneous, service, work management)
Make changes to your notifications
Continue tapping on other categories you would like to change
Tap Done when finished!
