The FRS (Foundation for Rural Service) is again offering scholarships to high-school seniors who are continuing their education.
The FRS also offers an annual Youth Tour trip to Washington D.C. to see how cooperatives and rural America are represented at the national level. The Youth Tour will be in May/June. FRS and TCC are partnering to provide sponsorships for two students for this trip. Please click the link below to learn more about the Youth Tour and how to apply for sponsorship.

FRS Scholarships
The foundation annually awards scholarships to an exceptional group of rural students for their first year of college or vocational school. All applicants require partnership with an NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association member company to be eligible.
FRS Youth Tour
Since 1995, FRS has hosted the Youth Tour to thousands of high school students from across rural America. The Youth Tour is a chance for students to visit our nation's capital and learn about rural broadband, share their community's story with key legislative, regulatory and government figures as well as a forum for them to meet and interact with their peers from other rural communities.
